Make AVIF images easier to share

Why does an AVIF file fail to open?
Your browser must support the particular AVIF file. An older browser, unsupported encoding profile, or damaged file can prevent decoding. Try a current browser. The tool reports a failed decode instead of creating an empty download.
Will the JPG be smaller than the AVIF?
Not necessarily. AVIF is an efficient format, so converting to JPG can increase the file size. Use JPG when compatibility is more important than retaining the smallest file.
